We’re so glad you chose our farm to purchase an animal to add to your family/homestead! If you are inquiring about purchasing from us, please read and understand our sales policy below. 

We raise boer and dairy goats, pedigreed holland lop rabbits, dorper/katahdin hair sheep, chickens for farm fresh eggs, beef cows, and karakachan livestock guardian dogs. 

* (RABBITS/GOATS/LAMBS/PUPPIES): Animals will be posted on our page when they are available for a deposit to hold until they are ready to go to new homes. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you decide to back out last minute, then you forfeit the deposit amount. 

* Deposits will ONLY be refunded if something happens to the animal in our care. 

* We reserve the right to cancel a sale at anytime for any reason. If WE cancel the sale, then your deposit will get refunded. 

* (GOATS/LAMBS): All kids will be dewormed, CD&T vaccines given, ears tagged, and hooves trimmed before leaving our farm. We will occasionally have bottle babies available if the mother rejects them; however, most of our babies won’t leave our farm until they are AT LEAST 3 months of age.

* (CHICKENS): We hatch out lots of chicks in the spring, grow them out for 2 months, then keep some of the pullets to replace our older laying hens. Any extra pullets/cockerels will be posted on our page when they are available.

* (CHICKENS): If we sell chicks, they will be sold straight-run only (unless they are an auto-sexing breed)!! They will also be started on medicated chick feed. 

* (RABBITS): Sexing animals at such a young age can be difficult. Remember that when buying a rabbit. We try to be right, but sometimes mistakes happen. We do not refund or exchange rabbits after they leave our care if the gender of the rabbit is different than what was originally purchased. 

* (RABBITS) We love using transports for those who are out of state! Please understand the stress risks of sending a bunny on transport. Ask me about the transports I recommend! I won’t drive over 1 hour to meet a transporter, they must come close to our location. 

* (RABBITS): All of our rabbits are from pedigreed stock, but we occasionally have rabbits that we deem are pet only and they WILL NOT come with a pedigree. 

* (RABBITS): All rabbits will be sold on a first come first serve basis. They will be posted on our facebook page when they are available for deposits. Once they are posted, I will go by the first person to PM our page. 

* (RABBITS): A $5 boarding fee will apply PER WEEK if your rabbit is not picked up a week after pickup date. (Unless otherwise discussed in some situations). 

* (PUPPIES): All of our puppies are registered and our parent stock are all health tested. The puppies will come to you already exposed to livestock and will have their first set of shots from our local vet. 

* All of our animals will leave our farm happy and healthy! We are not responsible for the health of our animals after they leave our care, and we are not responsible for vet costs after the animal has left our farm.

* ALL ANIMAL PRICES ARE FIRM. NO NEGOTIATION.
