We’re so glad you chose our farm to purchase an animal to add to your family/or farm! If you are inquiring about purchasing from us, please read and understand our sales policy below. 

 

 

We raise pedigreed holland lop rabbits, AKC registered miniature dachshunds, and AKDA registered karakachan livestock guardian dogs. 

 

RABBITS

* They will be posted on our page when they are available for a deposit to hold until they are ready to go to new homes. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you decide to back out last minute, then you forfeit the deposit amount. 

* Deposits will ONLY be refunded if something happens to the rabbit in our care. 

* We reserve the right to cancel a sale at anytime for any reason. If WE cancel the sale, then your deposit will get refunded. 

* Sexing rabbits at such a young age can be difficult. Remember that when buying a rabbit. We try to be right, but sometimes mistakes happen. We do not refund or exchange rabbits after they leave our care if the gender of the rabbit is different than what was originally purchased. 

* We love using transports for those who are out of state! Please understand the stress risks of sending a bunny on transport. Ask me about the transports I recommend! I won’t drive over 1 hour to meet a transporter, they must come close to our location. 

* All of our rabbits are from pedigreed stock, but we occasionally have rabbits that we deem are pet only and they WILL NOT come with a pedigree. 

* All rabbits will be sold on a first come first serve basis. They will be posted on our facebook page when they are available for deposits. Once they are posted, I will go by the first person to PM our page. 

* A $5 boarding fee will apply PER WEEK if your rabbit is not picked up a week after pickup date. (Unless otherwise discussed in some situations). 

 * All of our animals will leave our farm happy and healthy! We are not responsible for the health of our rabbits after they leave our care, and we are not responsible for vet costs after the rabbit has left our farm.

PUPPIES

* All puppies will have a vet health check, age appropriate vaccines, have been dewormed every 2 weeks and will have a negative fecal before leaving our home. They will also be started on flea/tick/heartworm medication.

* All puppies will be registered with AKC (dachshunds) or AKDA (karakachans) unless sold into pet-only homes.

* All puppies prices are firm. NO NEGOTIATING. The deposits are non-refundable. We have a lot of time and money invested into our dogs, please do not waste my time and back out last minute. 

* We do not offer meet and greets for you to pick out a puppy. THIS IS VERY UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY. Puppies are very very susceptible to diseases (parvo especially) at a very young age, and this could be brought in from anywhere and stay in the soil for years. We take the health of our dogs and puppies very seriously, and do not want to risk bringing a disease this dangerous onto our farm. We are more than happy to facetime you with the puppies, or send you lots of photos.  

* Puppies will come to you happy and healthy! We do offer a health guarantee and stand behind our puppies. Complete refund will be given if something is compromising their health after being seen by a licensed veterinarian . First vet appointment must be scheduled within 3 days of arrival, or the health guarantee is void. After 72 hours, we will not be held accountable for future diagnosis of bacterial or viral infectious diseases since these can be contracted anywhere in the environment after leaving and are not a result of genetics or breeding. 

* Our puppies are warranted 1 year against fatal and life-altering diseases (hip dysplasia, kidney or liver problems, heart issues, etc.)

* Puppies will come with a puppy care package, flea/tick/heartworm medication for the month after you bring them home, and transition food.

* Puppies will be raised around strange noises, kids, other animals, and other dogs to make their transition to their new homes a lot easier. They are also pre-loved and spoiled! 

* Our mini dachshunds are raised lovingly in our home and are a part of our family. We do not have a kennel operation.

* Our karakachans are raised with their livestock since birth. They start learning from their parents at a very young age the roles of being a livestock protector. 

* Live out of state? No worries! We do know a few transport options or we are willing to meet you at the nearest airport if you'd like to fly in to pick up your puppy. Puppy must be paid for IN FULL before we drive to the airport.
