ABOUT US
Welcome to Horner Acre Farms, where family, determination, and hard work come together every day. We’re a veteran-owned and operated family farm, built from the ground up with a dream of living simply and sharing the best our land has to offer.
After our time in the military, we were ready for a slower, more meaningful way of life—one where we could work with our hands, teach our kids the value of hard work, and raise animals with intention. When Covid hit, it opened our eyes to just how fragile the food system really is. We didn’t want to rely on grocery store shelves for our family’s next meal, so we started growing and raising our own food—and before long, it grew into something we wanted to share with our community too.
What started as a small homestead has grown into a full working farm operation where folks can stop by, shop local, and see exactly where their food comes from. Our farm store is full of pasture-raised meats, local goods, and handmade farm by-products—like goat milk skincare, soy candles, and cozy fiber crafts. It’s a true reflection of our family’s hard work and creativity.
When you shop with us, you’re supporting more than just a farm—you’re supporting a family, a dream, and a way of life that puts people, animals, and the land first.
Sincerely,
Grant, Rebekah, and Roane
